1. What this site is

TownAnswer is an online directory of local businesses in Michigan. It shows listings, scores, city and county pages, public statistics and links to other sites. We do not provide the services listed, and we are not a law firm, a medical provider or a contractor.

2. Listings and scores

Business information comes from public sources, mainly Google Maps, and from information businesses send us. It can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check every detail with the business before you rely on it. A score comes from our published method. It is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a promise about quality, safety, price or results. We do not visit or test businesses.

3. Paid features

We may offer businesses paid features. Paid features are labeled where they appear and never change a score or a place in a ranked list.

4. Corrections and removal

A business owner or an authorized representative may ask us to correct or remove a listing at mail@adminpostbox.com. We may keep a listing based on public information when the law allows.

5. Your use of the site

Do not copy, scrape or republish our lists or data by automated means, interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Links

Links to other sites are for convenience. We do not control those sites.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, financial or professional advice.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using the site or relying on a listing.

9. Governing law

Michigan law governs these terms.
